Who Can Use the Survey Results?

The following Club stakeholders can use the results of the Tool Kit surveys in various ways:

  • Chief Professional Officers will have feedback on achievement of youth outcomes in individual Clubhouses, providing them with quantifiable data to support resource development efforts with potential and existing funding sources.

  • Club program staff will gain feedback from youth about their perceptions in important behavioral areas and about their experiences in Clubs. Staff can use this information to enhance Club programming.

  • Funding sources can use the information to assess the extent to which their charitable dollars are contributing to young people’s development and sense of well-being.

  • Boards can use the information to track youths’ experiences in Clubs and the effects of changes in Club programming and operations.

  • Regional Service Directors can use the information to identify strengths and needs among the Clubs they serve and, based on this, provide appropriate resources and implement strategies such as professional development opportunities for Club staff.
