Taking Surveys

Welcome to the section of the site where your Club youth ages 9 and older will actually take the surveys. From here, you will be able to:

  • Complete your Club log-on process using the password and Club ID provided to you by BGCA. (If you have not yet requested your password and Club ID, please do so here .)

  • Access the youth surveys.

  • Place your youth participants on your Club’s computers and have them log on and complete the surveys online.

There is a survey for each of three age groups: elementary-school children (designed for youth ages 9 or older), middle-school children and high-school youth. You can access PDF files listing the survey questions from the left-hand menu on this page if you or others have questions about their content or need hard copies. (View or download the lists of survey questions using Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.)

Once you complete your Club log-on using your password and Club ID, the site will automatically take you to the youth survey area. At this point, you can seat your youth survey takers at the computers and have them establish their unique identifiers and take the surveys.

Depending on whether you are using the surveys to look at young people’s entire Club experience or particular aspects of it, you can direct youth to choose all outcome categories, or sections, of the surveys to answer or only selected categories. Remember: Whether you are having youth take the surveys in their entirety or only the parts for certain outcome categories, be sure to encourage each young person to complete all the relevant survey questions in one sitting.

Ready to get started? Click on “Logging On” from the left-hand menu on this page.
